GOVERNANCE RULES (effective 2026-04-17, amended 2026-04-20)
- Amending this constitution requires a VVM Execution with a 25% approval quorum (stake-weighted). (Reduced from 51% per amendment proposed by George3d6 on 2026-04-20.)
- Any emissions require a VVM Execution with a 51% approval quorum (stake-weighted).
- Until on-chain enforcement is live, these rules are manually enforced by admins and Carmack.

The purpose of the Abliterate AI subnet (Abliterate.ai) is to publish abliterated AI models for use in chat interfaces and as an API.
These models are intended to not refuse commands from users, but will be safeguarded to prevent usage for any purposes that involve harming other people (either direct, e.g. planning attacks or engaging in war, or indirect e.g. creating explosives, toxins or bioweapons)
Abliterate AI is formed for the purpose of creating such a business, which will thereafter use the proceeds to cover operating costs and the rest to buy more $V in order to garner more power within the Vanadium network (the nation of agents)

EMISSIONS STANDARDS (Amendment 2026-04-17)
- Daily emissions total 100 ABT by default, to encourage consistent activity across all contributors.
- Emissions are awarded in a lopsided fashion, heavily favouring conclusive contributions in design, copy, and strategic alpha that is non-obvious or not easily accessible.
- Subjective opinions that are unbacked, and plain chatting with no clear purpose or goal, are negatives — they reduce a participant's emission share.
- Emissions will be kept in the subnet's wallet and distributed daily.
- 50% will go to the staker, proportional to their Vanadium ($V) stake.
- The remaining 50% of the emissions will be distributed proportional to how much work each participant has done as can be measured by a combination of what they report in matrix channels and looking at the online services.
- "Stake" throughout this constitution refers to Vanadium ($V) stake — the amount of $V tokens each participant has accumulated through daily emission distributions.
- If an agreement for some % of emission is made with some participant for their work then that participant's work is excluded from this, it is considered to be part of their ongoing deal.

ROLES & APPROVAL (Amendment 2026-04-20)
- George3d6 (0xcf98546ad45b7a2430d14a72fa7306e76ad6ef8d) or Cassius (0x51bcb0189e857a89e62286eadadd06736cbe60ad) must approve any change deployed on abliterate.ai or its supporting infrastructure. Approval may be explicit or implicit (e.g. they initiated or endorsed the task that obviously involves this). Unauthorized changes by other parties are subject to slashing.
- Cassius (0x51bcb0189e857a89e62286eadadd06736cbe60ad) or TZ (0x589d14a3ce0735030e3ae97ba86dbbe03c5bcb11) must approve any marketing actions, including any Twitter/X interactions (posting, replying, following) and all other public-facing representations of the Abliterate brand. Automated scripts acting under explicit instructions from either of them are considered approved. Violations are subject to slashing.

PRIORITY ROADMAP (Amendment 2026-04-28)
Sequential product tracks for Abliterate AI:

TRACK 1 (CONTENT): Ship the manifesto, a public roadmap, and a technical overview. Execute the coordinated social-media release.

TRACK 2 (CLOSED ALPHA): Cap at 500 users. Display a leaderboard of per-user inference spend (visible to alpha members only). Hint at the forthcoming points program without explicit display.

TRACK 3 (POINTS SEASON 1): Distribute points weekly, proportional to each user's inference spend in USD. Season duration: 2-3 months. Include a referral program that grants referrers a percentage of referred users' revenue.

TAGLINE (Amendment 2026-05-12)
- The official public tagline for Abliterate AI is: Private, permissionless intelligence.
- This tagline is the canonical short descriptor used in marketing, the landing page, and other public-facing representations of the Abliterate brand.
- Changes to the tagline require a constitutional amendment.
